当前大学毕业生流动党员管理工作中存在着"挂名党员"、"口袋党员"等现象和"两不找"、"两不管"等管理漏洞。产生上述情况的主要原因是大学毕业生流动党员人数多、分布广、就业难且不稳定、流动性大,加之部分大学毕业生流动党员和个别基层党组织对党组织关系接转问题认识模糊,重视不够。破解大学毕业生流动党员管理"盲区"对策是健全管理新机制、探索实行党员证制度和高校党组织加强对大学毕业生流动党员离校前党的组织纪律性再教育。
