摘要
给出了描述熔融金属充型过程的数学模型，简要介绍了充型过程的数值算法，在一些具体算法上作了适当改进。该技术被用于真空吸铸叶轮铸件充型过程数值模拟计算，并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比。
The mathemahcal models that describe the mold fillingprocess of molten metal are presented. Meanwhile, the numericalsolution algorithm of mold facing is brieny introduced, and someimprovements are also taken in details. The techniqUe is applied tothe simulation of mold filling of expeller casting during suchonpouring, and the results ealculated aze compared with theexperiments.
