摘要
努力管理与学习者的学习绩效之间具有显著的正相关。努力管理的成效取决于恰当的策略或方法。本文认为,探讨努力管理策略必须建立在理解和把握努力管理的构成要素的基础上。文章认为,从努力管理的构成要素着手,有效的努力管理策略包括"定信念、明目标、强动机、超意志、恒内省、善强化"等六大方面,藉此这些策略,学习者能有效地实现努力管理,增进学习绩效,进而内化为一种意义深远的生活和工作素质。
There is a positive correlation between efforts management and the learners' learning performances. The effectiveness of the effort management depends on the right strategies or methods used by the learner. This paper argues that discussing the strategies for doing the effort management should be based on understanding and grasping the elements of the effort management. Focusing on the elements of the effort management, it argues that the effective strategies for the effort management include six aspects, i.e., Firm Belief, Specific Target, Strong Motivation, Super Will, Constant Introspection and Good Reinforcement. Following above strategies, the learner can achieve the efforts management enhance the learning performance effectively, and internalize it as a kind of significant living and working qualities.
