多层螺旋CT血管成像技术对主动脉夹层的诊断价值

Value of MSCT angiography in diagnosing aortic dissection

目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像技术对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法主动脉夹层(AD)患者17例全部经螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描,并结合二维三维图像重建技术观察。结果本组17例按DeBakey分型,Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型1例,Ⅲ型13例。多层螺旋CT血管成像技术的敏感性,特异性较高,能直观、立体地显示真假腔、破裂口、内膜瓣、夹层累及范围和主动脉各分支情况。结论多层螺旋CT血管成像技术可以迅速准确诊断主动脉夹层,是最实用的并值得首选的影像检查方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral computed tomography angiography（MSCTA） in diagnosing aortic dissection（AD）.Methods Seventeen patients with clinically suspected AD underwent precontrast,postcontrast CT scans and subsequent MSCTA observation combined with 2D,3D reconstruction techniques.Results According to DeBakey＇s classification about aortic dissection,17 patients in this group were divided into following three types： type 1 was found in 3 cases,type 2 in 1 case,and type 3 in 13 cases.MSCTA with higher sensitivity and specificity could directly and stereoscopically visualize the size of true lumen and false lumen,intimal tear,intimal flap,and the involved extent of the major aortic branches.Conclusion MSCTA may accurately and quickly diagnose AD,which is a more practical and worth first selecting modality.
