加强校企合作体制机制建设,是高等职业教育发展的必然趋势,也是促进高职院校人才培养质量进一步提高的重要工作。本文在分析目前校企合作面临的共性难点问题的基础上,对如何建立校企合作体制机制、深化校企合作、开展工学结合、实现校企生三赢的工作思路与实践途径进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策。

As the inevitable trend for the development of higher vocational education, the strengthening of the mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation plays an important role in improving the quality of personnel training. Based on the analysis of the common difficulties in college-enterprise cooperation, this essay gives relevant solutions in the aspects of the construction of mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation, the deepening of college-enterprise cooperation, the implementation of the work-study combination and the win-win-win situation among colleges, enterprises and students.
