摘要
面试是当今企事业单位选拔人才的极其重要的手段,对高职院校的人文教育也具有十分重要的导向作用。在分析用人单位面试考察的主要形式及其考察的主要人文素质的基础上,探讨强化高职院校人文教育的策略,包括科学合理地设置显性人文课程体系、开展隐性人文教育体系建设、在专业教育中注重渗透人文教育,以培养学生的就业竞争力。
As a job interview plays a significant role in employment,humanistic education is oriented to it.Based on the analyses of different forms of job interviews and the main humanistic qualities in them,this essay discusses about relevant measures to consolidate humanistic education in vocational colleges in the aspects of setting dominant humanistic curriculum system scientifically and reasonably,carrying out the construction of recessive humanistic education system and infiltrating humanistic education into specialized education,to improve students' employment competence.
