摘要
网络赌博犯罪是新型犯罪方式,其中利用计算机网络开设赌场罪呈高发趋势,只有充分认识网络赌博中开设赌场罪的特点,才能对此罪作出准确的界定。司法部门在打击网络犯罪的同时,还应当采取各种措施预防犯罪。
Online gambling is a new form of crime.There has been a predominant trend for the crime of opening online casinos.Only when its features are fully understood,can the crime be accurately defined.While fighting against online crimes,judicial departments should take relevant measures to prevent them.
