摘要
企业中层是企业持续健康发展主要推动力,是企业管理中承上启下的重要桥梁。通过深入分析企业中层执行乏力的成因及主要表现,提出改进企业中层执行力对策,构建适应现代企业要求的管理体系,使企业在市场竞争中赢得持续发展的动力。
As the main driving force for sustained and sound development of enterprises,the middle-level management staff acts as a connecting bridge in enterprise management.Based on the cause analysis of weak executive force of the middle-level management staff in enterprises,this essay puts forward relevant solutions to construct a management system which not only meets the demands of modern enterprises but also make them sustainable in market competition.
