摘要
利用PLC加组态软件控制方法,由控制端、操作端、变频系统、PLC系统构成一个分布式的控制系统,通过模糊PID算法控制变频器的输出功率、雷蒙磨电机的转动速度,达到对钛白粉粉碎系统的产量与碾磨精度的平衡控制。同时在生产的各个环节实施有效的电压电流保护,让系统稳定性与安全性得到大大提高。
The control side,the operation side and the frequency conversion system can compose a distributed control system with PLC and Kingview Software which are more advanced in automation.By means of the fuzzy PID algorithm,the output power of the frequency converter and the rotational speed of the Raymond grinding motor can be controlled so that the balance between the yield and the milling precision of the system can be achieved.With effective protection of the voltage and the current in its operation,the stability and security of the system can be greatly improved so that the centralized automatic control of the whole production line can be realized.
