摘要
本文采用文献资料法与比较分析法,从农地流转影响因素、流转效率与流转效果、制度创新、国外相关政策比较等方面综合评述了国内外文献资料在农村土地流转方面的研究进展。并从加强在农地流转潜力、制度创新和分区域的农地流转等方面提出今后该方面的研究应当努力的方向。
The purpose of this study is to review the literatures on the farmland transfer from the aspects of factors, effects and efficiency, institutional innovation, and the related oversea policies. The employed methods are documentation and comparison analysis. The study indicates we should strengthen the research in the aspects of transfer potential assessment, institutional innovation, and regional cases study.
