供水井酸处理井壁管防腐效果实验及分析

摘要 供水井酸处理井壁管防腐处理好坏,直接影响供水井寿命及实际效益。然而,该问题一直没有得到很好的解决。通过进行大量实验,肯定了过去供水井酸处理中井壁管防腐方法,并得到一些新的实验结论。分析认为,在盐酸中加入甲醛是目前供水井酸处理最经济有效的防腐方法,且尽可能使用稀盐酸进行供水井酸处理,浓度32%和10%盐酸在原酸中分别加入原酸重量的2%和1%甲醛溶液,能发挥最佳防腐效果。 Water-supply benefit and effect are directly affected by preservative treatment effect of casing pipes in water-supply well acidizing. However, this issue has not been well solved. Through many experiments, the previous preservative treatment method was verified and some new experimental conclusions were proposed for casing pipes in water-supply well acidizing, adding formaldehyde in hydrochloric acid is the most economical and effective preservative treatment method. In order to achieve the greatest anticorrosion effect, well acid treatment should use dilute hydrochloric acid. Moreover, the optimum amount of formaldehyde added to hydrochloric acid with concentration of 32% and 10 %, are 2% and 1% of the original acid weight, respectively.
