The paper introduces the research of how to build the Share-based teaching resources library platform of International shipping business management in detail, based on the mission requirements of the national vocational colleges building the share-based teaching resource library. It includes four aspects, such as the building significance, the designing concept, the building elements, the building measures and so on. The research provides the reference and theory support on how to carry out the building of the Share-based teaching resources library.
