摘要
人员素质测评实验课程是人力资源管理专业的一门必修课程,该实验课程的开设,对学生提升人力资源开发与管理的实践能力具有一定的意义。分析了人员素质测评实验教学的重要地位,并根据课程的内容和特点设计了实验教学的教学内容和一整套实施方案。实施方案用于教学后,收到了良好的教学效果。
The Course of personnel quality testing is compulsory in professional education of the human resources management.Offering the experimental education and training is;Important to students'practice ability of human resource development and management.In this paper we analyzed the important position about the experimental education model construction.According to the course content and peculiarity,we designed the experimental teaching content and a complete set of the project to practice it.This proposal was applied in teaching and had a good result.
