高职院校教师专业发展存在的问题及对策研究

教师专业发展是高职教育持续健康发展的前提条件,高职教育的健康发展需要高素质专业化的高职教师队伍。但当前高职院校教师专业发展还存在诸多问题,如教师专业发展意识薄弱;教师准入和评价机制不完善;教师缺乏专业实践能力;缺乏完善的教师培训体系等。对此应更新教育观念,增强教师专业发展的自主意识;完善教师的准入和评价制度;加强校企合作,提升教师专业实践能力;构建完善的教师培训体系,以促进高职教师专业发展。

Professional development of teachers is a pre-condition for sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational education,which needs professional teachers with high quality.But now there are problems,for instance,poor sense of professional development of teachers;inadequate access and evaluation mechanisms;Lack of ability of professional practice and proper teacher training system.So educational concepts should be updated to enhance self-awareness,improve access and evaluts system of teachers,strengthens school-enterprise cooperation,enhance the ability of professional practice of teachers,build a sound system of teacher training to promote professional development of teachers.
