高职院校创建学习型党组织发挥机关党总支作用初探

Preliminary Study on Creating a Learning Party Organization and Giving Full Play to the Role of Party Branches in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在高职院校的党建工作过程中,明晰学习型党组织的内涵、主要特征,构建符合高职院校基层党组织科学发展实际的目标体系,对于提升高职院校的思想政治感染力、人才培养水平具有十分重要的引领作用。在创建学习型党组织的进程中,应充分发挥机关党总支的作用,提高高职院校领导干部和师生党员的政治理论素养,把党组织建设成坚强的战斗堡垒,以切实推动高职院校的科学发展、和谐发展,实现高校学习型党组织建设的目标。

Higher vocational schools are an important part of higher education in China. In the course of Party construction in higher vocational colleges, we should clarify the connotation and the main characters of learning Party organizations, and build a target system suitable for the scientific developing reality of basic Party organization in higher vocational colleges. Clarifying and building are playing very important leading roles in promoting the ideological and political education and talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges. In the process of creating a learning Party organization, the unit general Party branch should fully play an important role; the quality of political theory of leading cadres and teachers and students Party members in higher vocational colleges should be enhanced; and the Party organization should be constructed into a strong battle fortress. We intend to promote the development of higher vocational colleges scientifically, harmoniously, and effectively, and to construct a learning Party organization in colleges and universities.
