当下,过劳死已经成为一个社会热点问题。笔者透过梳理过劳死的相关背景,多角度分析了现阶段我国过劳死进行法律规制的必要性,并在此基础上设计对过劳死予以法律规制的具体路径。

Nowadays, overworked death has become a hot social problems. Through a probe into the background of overworked death, the author analyzes the necessity to give legal regulation to overworked death, and puts forward some specific designs hereby.
