关于警察自身人权的反思

A Reflection on the Human Rights of Police Officers

人权是人之所以为人的权利，警察是普通人，也应该享有人权。但是，在现实中，警察是和平时期因公牺牲最多的群体，警察的人权常常受到贬损和侵害。警察的人权受到贬损和侵害时，作为一个群体，警察不但得不到应有的理解、支持和关爱，反而受到不公的指责和伤害。从关爱警察的角度，阐释警察自身人权境况以及保障警察人权的策略，无疑具有重要的现实意义。

Human rights are the inalienable rights of human beings. Police officers are undoubtedly entitled to them. However, in reality, police officers face the highest risk of death on duty in peaceful times, their human rights frequently undermined and violated. When this happens, police officers receive not understanding, support and love which they deserve, but unfair accusations and harms. It is of evident social significance to study the current situation of police officers＇ human rights and the relevant protection strategies, oriented at the care of police officers.
