摘要
建立微观组织演变模型,模拟晶粒形核生长过程及组织分布和偏析情况在近年来已经成为国内外科研工作者的研究热点。在微观组织的模拟方法中,常用的有蒙特卡罗(MC)法和元胞自动机(CA)法。CA法由于其模型结构简单,在空间和时间尺度上都不受限制,适合于大型机的并行计算,而受到更多研究者的青睐。研究表明CA法在金属凝固,静态再结晶及轧制变形所引起的动态再结晶等过程的模拟中,表现出了其特有的优越性。概述了元胞自动机(CA)方法在微观组织模拟中的建模方法及应用,并综述了目前此方面研究工作的进展现状。
Building a microstructure model and then simulating the growing and distribution process of the grain is very popular in recent years.Among all the approaches, MC and CA are usually used.CA model has been favored by many researchers for its simple structure,freedom in space and time,as well as easily to parallel computation.Studies showed that CA model presented its unique advantage in the simulation of metal solidification,static recrystallization and dynamic recrystallization in rolling transformation process.This paper introduces the model and the application of cellular automata in microstructure simulation,and a review of the study status in this research filed has been presented.
