摘要
利用电化学综合测试系统(PARM273A)研究了环保型仿金电镀工艺的阴极极化行为并与氰化物体系相对比;利用恒电流极化的方法研究了焦磷酸体系、酒石酸体系和甘油体系下的阴极极化行为。结果表明,以仿金电镀的最佳效果为目标,得出酒石酸体系的阴极极化行为十分接近氰化仿金工艺,且环境友好型更佳。
In this paper,the cathodic polarization behavior of environment-friendly gold-imitation plating was investigated with the aid of electrochemistry workstation,PARM 273A.Compared to the system of cyanide,the cathodic polarization behaviors of cyanide-free systems,pyrophosphate system,tartaric acid system and glycerol system were studied by galvanostatic method.The results show that the cathodic polarization behavior of the tartaric acid system is similar to the behavior of cyanide system and the gold-imitation plating with the best effect,but the former is much more environment-friendly.
