摘要
使用浸酸脱灰和浸碱脱杂蛋白的方法,从草鱼鱼鳞中提取胶原蛋白,对酸处理过程中的浸酸浓度、料液比、浸酸时间进行了优化。同时对浸碱处理过程中的浸碱浓度、料液比、浸碱时间进行了优化。从而得到了最佳的酸碱处理条件为浸酸过程:浸酸浓度0.4%、料液比1∶20、浸酸时间2 h可得到较高的提取率;浸碱过程:NaOH浓度0.15%、料液比1∶20、浸碱时间10 h可得到品质最佳的鱼鳞胶原蛋白。
Collagen was extracted from Grass carp scale by the combinational method of acid-alkali processing.The facfers acid concentrations,scale-to-acid ratio and acid processing periods as well as concentrations of alkali,scale-to-alkali ratio and alkali processing periods were optimized.The best conditions of acid-alkali processing were found out.The results showed that the higher extraction yield could be obtain under the condition of concentrations of acid 0.4%,scale-to-acid ratio 1∶ 20,acid processing periods 2 h.Concentrations of alkali 0.15%,scale-to-alkali ratio 1∶ 20,and alkali processing periods 10 h could obtain the collagen of the best quality.
