酒店预定流程的优化控制研究

The Research on Optimization Control of Booking Process

采用基于过程代数的业务流程定量分析方法对传统酒店预订业务流程中的各个步骤进行分析,结合业务流程重组的原则和电子商务环境下酒店预订业务流程的特点,对传统酒店预定业务流程进行重组,构建电子商务环境下的酒店预订业务流程,并对重组前后的结果进行评价。结果表明,重组后的酒店预订业务流程能减少工作量和工作失误,加强预定系统对电子商务企业的快速响应能力.

Each step in the traditional hotel booking business process is analyzed with the method of business processes quantitative analysis based on process algebra.With the principles of business process reengineering and the characteristics of the hotel booking business process in e-commerce environment,the traditional hotel booking business process is restructed,the hotel booking business processes in e-commerce environment is built,and the results before and after restructuring are evaluated.The results show that the hotel booking business processes after the restructuring can reduce workload and errors,and enhance rapid response capabilities of booking system for e-commerce businesses.
