轿车后纵梁制造误差的仿真与修正 被引量:1

摘要 首次提出利用三维扫描仪扫描后纵梁的点云,利用Geomagic Qualify软件对点云数据与CAD模型进行3D比较、2D比较、边界比较,检测出冲压件整体、边界、夹具点位置的误差,利用Ansys Workbench软件对后纵梁进行有限元分析和仿真,以夹紧点位移为边界条件,根据Qualify软件数据结果,将后纵梁压回标准状态。最后将压直后的结果与CAD模型对比,整体误差很小,证明调整量基本正确,以此调整实际夹具,修正有误差的后纵梁,获得了较好的效果. This article firstly proposes to scan the point cloud of Rear Carling by three-dimensional scanner.Point cloud data is compared with 3D models about three-dimension,two-dimension and boundary based on Geomagic Qualify software.It examines the errors of stamping part's whole,boundary,feature in fixture points.It analyzes and simulates stamping part with FEA according to Ansys Workbench software,the clamp points'displacement is regarded as boundary conditions,it will press rear carling back to standard shape according to the results of Qualify software.Finally the result that rear carling has been pressed flatly is compared with CAD models,the overall error is small,and it demonstrates the amount of adjustment is correct.According to this the actual fixture is adjusted,the error of Rear Carling is corrected,and the good result is obtained.
