摘要
通过圆柱滚子轴承载荷分布的推导,求得在径向游隙下轴承内各位置滚子的载荷,从而得出轴承内圈和外圈的当量载荷和寿命计算方法,建立载荷与游隙关系;根据T.A.Harris理论,建立载荷与寿命关系,利用载荷与寿命关系,计算几组不同径向游隙的轴承寿命,结果表明略微负游隙时轴承寿命最长.
Through studying on the load distribution of cylindrical roller bearings,the relationship between load and clearance is established.And according to the T.A.Harris theory,the relationship between load and life is built,finally the relationship between clearance and life is obtained.
