In recent years,the information industry has developed rapidly and become a key industry in Shenyang.Through analysis of the added value of information industry and GDP linear regression,it is shown that the information industry in Shenyang plays a promoting role in the conomic development.This paper focuses on applying grey relational analysis to main factors in development of information industry,and puts forward corresponding measures to develop to develop the information industry of Shenyang.
