不同钾水平对温室番茄生长、产量和品质的影响 被引量:23

摘要 采用营养液砂培试验技术,研究开花期一次施用不同钾水平营养液处理对番茄生长、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在番茄植株拉秧时,高浓度钾水平T1(K+:9 mmol/L)和T2(K+:12 mmol/L)茎粗显著大于对照(K+:6 mmol/L),分别比对照增加10.03%和9.08%;在处理后第8 d,T2比T1和对照的净光合速率分别增加4.58%和12.96%,且差异显著;T1单株产量最高,比对照增加4.65%;T1和T2果实Vc的含量较对照分别显著增加15.25%和14.46%,T2显著降低了果实中硝酸盐含量,T1显著增加了果实中可溶性固形物含量,T1和T2糖酸比分别比对照高9.67%和10.70%。 The sand culture experiment was conducted with different levels of potassium in nutrient solution applied once at blooming stage,to investigate their effects on growth,yield and quality of tomato.The results showed that the plant stem width in T1(K+:9 mmol/L)and T2(K+:12 mmol/L)were 10.03% and 9.08% significantly thicker than that in control(K+:6 mmol/L)respectively on the 8th day after treatment,the net photosynthetic rate of T2 was 4.58% and 12.96% higher than that of T1 and the control,respectively,and reached significant differences.T1 had the highest yield per plant,which was 4.65% higher than that of the control.Compared with the control,T1 and T2 significantly improved the vitamin C content of tomato fruits,increased by 15.25% and 14.46% respectively.T2 had a notable decrease in nitrate content of fruits while T1 had a significant increase in soluble solids content.Moreover,compared with the control,the ratios of sugar to acid were increased in T1 and T2 by 9.67% and 10.70% separately.
