一株降解水稻秸秆的丝状真菌降解特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了高效降解纤维素的丝状真菌菌株藤仓赤霉对天然水稻秸秆的降解特性,并对该菌株所产的羧甲基纤维素酶的酶学性质进行了初步研究。结果显示,该菌对未处理的水稻秸秆作用8 d,水稻秸秆失重率可达53%以上,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的降解率分别可达38.9%、57.9%和26.5%;扫描式电子显微镜分析表明,该菌作用水稻秸秆是从内表面向外表面进行的,且该菌产生的羧甲基纤维素酶的反应温度以50℃左右为宜,pH值以6左右为宜,Mg2+与Ca2+对酶反应有促进作用,Pb2+和Cu2+对酶反应有抑制作用。 The characterization for degrading rice straw of Gibberella fujikuroi with high degradation of cellulose and the characterization of its Carboxy Methyl Cellulase(CMCase)from Gibberella fujikuroi were studied.The results showed the weight-lost was more than 53% in rice straw,the celluloses,hemicelluloses and lignins were degraded at 38.9%,57.9% and 26.5% respectively,after 8 days' fermentation.Scanning electro-microscope analysis showed that Gibberella fujikuroi degradated the cellulose from the inner surface to the external surface.Also,the optimal conditions for CMCase's reactions were about 50℃ and pH 6;Mg2+,Ca2+ were the activators and Pb2+,Cu2+ were the inhibitors of the enzyme.
