摘要
DC-DC变换器是电动汽车上重要的功率转换器,工作过程中会产生很大的电压变化率和电流变化率,从而在车内产生很大的电磁辐射,有可能导致电动汽车电磁兼容性难以满足相关标准的要求。对DC-DC变换器进行电路分析,建立其等效电路模型,用PSpice软件进行共模干扰仿真。建立复杂程度合适的汽车模型,对共模干扰激励下车内电磁场的分布进行仿真,将仿真结果与GB/T18387-2008中的辐射限值规定进行对比,为电动汽车内传导辐射的仿真研究和电磁兼容设计提供了一种有效的方法。
DC-DC converter is an important power converter in electric vehicle. It will produce a large change rate of voltage and current, thus causes a great electromagnetic radiation, resulting in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) problems of electric vehicle. The circuit of the DC/DC converter was analyzed, the equivalent circuit was built, and the common mode interference was simulated by PSpice. A vehicle model of suitable complexity was constructed ; the distribution of electromagnetic field in EV was simulated under the excitation of the common mode interference. The Simulation results were compared with the emission limit in GB/T18387-2008. An effective method was proposed for the simulation of conducted emission and EMC design of an electric vehicle.
