The background and development trend of the textile and garment industry were briefly introduced. The function and significance of constructing public service platform for textile industry were elaborated to Establish a public, professional, integrated service platform. The main purpose of the platform, was to shorten intermediate links of procurement and sales, reduce the costs and improve the competitiveness.
