罐类消防车防冻系统研究

Research on Antifreezing System of Tank Fire Engine

简述了目前罐类消防车防冻系统存在的问题,提出了新型防冻系统方案。根据燃油加热器的工作原理,利用发动机工作中产生的热量,为罐类消防车内的散热装置(泵房、驾驶室、罐体等)提供热量。这一设计符合现行的节约理念,破解了冬季罐类消防车在低温下灭火战斗的冻结问题,提升了罐类消防车在寒冷气候下的作战效能。

Some problems in antifreezing system of tank fire engine at present are described and new improving solution is put forward. Based on the working principle of fuel keater, it provides heat for radiators installed in tank fire engine, such as pump, cab and water tank etc, by using the heat generated during working of engine. The design is in line with the current saving concept and solves the pro-freezing problems of tank fire engine at low temperature in winter when extinguishing fire and improves the working efficiency of tank fire engine in cold climate.
