摘要
生活垃圾中餐厨垃圾所占比例较大,它的处理是解决城市生活垃圾问题的重要环节。通过对目前国内外餐厨垃圾产生情况及处理现状、处理方式、存在问题及处理技术进行综述分析,对我国餐厨垃圾的处理提出对策和建议,为餐厨垃圾处理及管理提供借鉴。
Among living garbage, kitchen garbage takes a large percentage, its processing is an important link in dealing with urban living garbage. By comprehensive introduction and analysis to the producing and processing status, processing methods, existing problems and processing technology to the kitchen garbage in China and abroad, countermeasures and suggestions are given to provide reference for processing and management of kitchen garbage.
