摘要
丁二酰亚胺优秀的分散性能使得在发动机润滑油中得到了广泛的应用,但它没有抗氧化及其他润滑化学性能,因此必须与其他添加剂复合使用。文章通过使无灰分散剂金属化的方法合成了一种含锡的丁二酰亚胺配位化合物。实验表明所合成的物质具有良好的分散、抗氧化及极压性能。
The excellent performance of dispersion makes succinimide widely used in engine's lubricating oils for a long time. It is lacks of antioxidation, and some other lubricating chemical performance. It must be utilized with antioxidants, extreme - pressure additives and so on. Here the authors suggested that through metallizing the ashless dispersant - PIB succihimide a new multifunctional additive would be synthesized. The experiments have shown that such complex has better performances as lubricating oil's additive, for instance, excellent dispersivity, higher extreme- pressure performance and good reducibility. All the additional abilities of the new additive are ascribed to the introduction of stannous ion. According to this, all of the experimental results could be explained.
