摘要
增压柴油机在加速过程中存在炭烟排放恶化的现象,采用可变截面涡轮增压器,通过改变增压器开度可以有效的改善炭烟排放,本文利用WAVE软件,在稳态计算结果的基础上,对柴油机定扭矩加速过程进行仿真,研究其炭烟排放规律并优化加速过程中VGT控制规律,以改善炭烟排放,降低燃油消耗率。
In the process of acceleration,the soot emission of turbocharged diesel engine increased.This problem could be improved by change the vane position with a variable geometry turbocharger.Software Ricardo WAVE was used to simulate the speed up process with fixed torque based on steady state simulation.The soot emissions rules were investigated and the VGT control strategy was optimized to decrease soot emission and fuel consumption.
