Three systems of EU,US and Japan,which were advanced in emission legislation,were introduced.The recent trends of diesel engine emission legislation were analyzed.The requirements of new legislation or amended contents for emission limit,limited objects and measurement method were discussed.Based on this,the status of domestic diesel engine and vehicle were introduced and the measures of reducing environment contamination were analyzed.In addition,the world harmonized test cycle for verification was introduced.
