摘要
柴油机的进排气主要由气门的开闭来完成,气门设计的好坏直接影响到柴油机性能。因气门工作环境恶劣,所以对气门优化设计尤为重要。在气门的结构组件中,增加气门旋转机构,使气门均匀受热,减少气门与气门阀座密封面的积炭和磨损,防止漏气、卡死等现象,可提高气门与气门阀座的寿命。
The completion of the diesels engine intake and exhaust mainly depend on its valve opens and closes,and the valves design dramatically impacts the engine performance.It is essential to optimize the valves design due to extreme high temperature working environment.Therefore,adding rotation valves in intake and exhaust design will uniform the heat loads to reduce wear and building up carbon,to prevent leakage,stuck and so on,it also can improve the life cycles of valves and valve seats.
