摘要
结合有限元分析软件,在考虑螺纹的基础上,建立了曲轴平衡重螺栓三维模型,并采用接触分析法对螺栓的应力应变进行了三维有限元计算。同时,通过对曲轴平衡重高强度螺栓力矩法和转角法的拧紧方式进行的对比试验,了解了螺栓不同拧紧方式对螺栓轴向力的影响,测得了螺栓杆部危险截面处应力值的大小,仿真结果与试验结果比较后表明,其吻合程度良好,证明了仿真模型的有效性。
In consideration of the thread,the three-dimensinal model of the crankshaft balance weight bolt was built,the stress and strain of lolt was analyzed by means of finite element analysis software.Meanwhile,the comparative test between torque method and rotation method of bolt was completed,and the dangerous stress seetion was found.The simulation results compared with the experimental results showed the degress of fit well,and the validity of the simulation model was proved.
