摘要
针对可调二级增压系统的调节能力进行了计算和试验研究。研究表明利用可调二级增压系统可以在循环喷油量不变的条件下使增压系统总压比在调节能力的转速范围内基本维持不变;可调二级增压系统可以通过改变等效涡轮当量喷嘴面积来控制总压比;每一个速度工况点对应一个涡轮调节阀的最佳开度来实现目标增压比,而且最佳开度随着转速的增加而增大。
Calculation and experimental researches are conducted on regulating ability of regulated two stage turbocharging system.Results show that two stage turbocharging system would keep the total pressure ratio of turbocharging system constant in the speed range of regulating ability under the condition of unchanged cycle fuel injection quantity.Regulated two stage turbocharging system can control the total pressure ratio by changing turbine equivalent nozzle area.Each best turbine bypass valve open ratio is corresponding to one speed condition can achieve target pressure ratio,and it increases with the increase of speed.
