借助MKⅡPAK分析系统改善柴油机及外围设备的振动问题

摘要 介绍了以往在柴油机振动测试中老式测振设备存在的弊端,阐述了运用新型MKⅡPAK分析系统进行振动测试分析的优点,并着重列举实例说明如何利用频谱分析、工作振型分析等方法帮助改进设计,改善柴油机及外围设备振动大的问题,从而在总体上提升工作效率和产品质量。 This article describes the drawbacks in the old-fashioned measurement and analysis system for diesel engine vibration testing,and elaborates the advantages and strengths of using MKII PAK analysis system in measuring and analyzing the vibration problems.Examples were highlighted on how to use spectrum analysis,operational deflection shape analysis and other methods to improve the design,and reduce the vibration within diesel engine and its peripheral equipments.This new analysis system overall has improved working efficiency and product quality.
