摘要
采用分析方法对某型核级柴油机应急发电机组进行抗震鉴定。利用有限元通用软件ANSYS,对柴油机应急机组的典型设备柴油机、发电机、公共底座及连接螺栓,进行了模态分析和地震载荷作用下的准静态分析,并按照ASME规范对计算结果进行了应力评定,验证了应急机组在地震作用下的可靠性和可运行性。
This paper used the analysis method to evaluate the seismic analysis of the diesel-engine generator in nuclear power plant.Finite element general software-ANSYS is utilized to modal analysis and quasi-static analysis under seismic loads for the emergency generator typical equipment,such as diesel-engine,generator,public basement and joint bolts.Stress evaluation of the results is compliance with the ASME rules,which also certificate the reality and performability of the diesel-engine under seismic shock.
