摘要
分析研究某无连杆发动机机体导向孔加工工艺,介绍使用曲面加工工艺分体加工上下半圆孔,然后组成高精度孔的工艺方法。重点分析分体加工方式及检验精度对加工精度的影响,通过分别控制左右曲轴箱体的精度,来保证组合后的精度,解决方形圆弧孔难加工的问题。
The machining process of the sliding bearing hole in the crank case of the engine without link was analysed,and the machining process of separate machining the sliding beering hole of left and right crankcase and assembled left and right crankcase was introduced.Through adjusting the precision the sliding bearing hole in the left and right crankcase,Solving the question of which machining of the oblong hole is difficult.
