摘要
通过应用UG软件CAD/CAM技术,完成了柴油机气缸盖铸造模具三维设计与数控编程。同时,通过开发UG软件后处理功能,实现了柴油机气缸盖铸造模具的数控加工,提高了模具制造效率和精度。经试制和生产应用证明,采用该技术制作的柴油机气缸盖铸造模具完全可满足柴油机气缸盖尺寸精度要求。同时,大大缩短了试制周期,为柴油机气缸盖试制提供了有力保证。
By applying UG software CAD/CAM technology,we completed 3D design and NC program of engine Cylinder Head Casting mould.At the same time,by developing the postprocessor function of UG software,we performed NC process of engine Cylinder Head Casting mould,and we also improved the producing efficiency and precision of mound.In addition,the trial-manufacture and application proved that the engine Cylinder Head Casting which was used by this technology completely satisfied the precision requirement of Engine Cylinder Head.Also,this method dramatically decreased the period of trial-manufacture and provided a fundamental pledge of the trial-manufacture of engine Cylinder Head.
