265H型柴油机是我公司近年来引进的新型柴油机。265连杆是265H型柴油机的重要零部件。连杆大小端孔的精加工是连杆生产制造最重要的工序。作者设计了一套连杆精镗孔夹具,保证了大小端孔的尺寸精度和技术要求,而且该夹具可以同时完成连杆大端油沟、小端油沟、小端扁尾等的加工,应用性很强。

265H diesel engine is a new type diesel engine which is introduced by our company in recent years.265 Connecting Rod is an important part of 265H diesel engine.The most important manufacturing process is the big small finishing boring of Connecting Rod.The author designs a set of clamping fixture for Connecting Rod finishing boring,which meets the dimension precision and technical requirement.It is applicable that the big small head oil groove of Connecting Rod can be machined by using this clamping fixture at the same time.
