引进消化吸收产品调喷器加工工艺技术研究

调喷器是引进消化吸收的某型号大功率柴油机的关键件,前期研制过程中一直采用进口调喷器装配,订货周期长,制造成本高。通过针对引进产品的消化与吸收,研究了适宜性工装,优化和改进了工艺方案,并针对试验台进行了适宜性改造,在工艺试验的基础上,解决了引进产品国产化制造的关键技术,为某型号柴油机的国产化改进提高提供了可靠的技术保障。

Adjustable bop is a key component of high-power diesel engines in the process of introduction,digestion,absorption.In the prophase,the key module always uses the imported adjustable bop assembly with the long ordering cycle and high manufacturing cost.Through the digestion and absorption,the suitability of tooling was studied,and the technology scheme for test beneh was improved.On the basis of process test,the key technologies for the localization of diesel engine were solved,and the reliable technical support for diesel engine was prorided.
