摘要
针对大功率柴油机的高强度铝合金喷油泵体凸轮轴孔加工进行了分析,重点研究了数控加工的装夹方案与适宜性夹具研制、整体导杆设计与刀片的优化,以及切削参数的改进,在工艺试验验证的基础上,提出了从以上几个因素出发提高喷油泵体凸轮轴孔与柱塞孔加工精度的方法,保证了喷油泵体复杂孔系加工精度的有效控制和提高。
The machining process of high strength aluminum alloy cam shaft hole for high power diesel engine fuel injection pump body was anslyzed.The reseach work was focused on NC machining fixture scheme,suitable fixture development,guide rod design and optimization of cutting parameters.Based on the process verification test,the method,which improved the machining precision of fuel injection pump,was put forward.The machining precision of fuel injection pump body was ensured.
