机车柴油机调控系统运用故障分析及建议

摘要 阐述了机车用柴油机调控系统在机车运用中存在的失控问题。即柴油机速度在操纵中发生的"飞升"、非升非降(非正常升速,非正常降速),机车卸载时回手柄停机,供油拉杆卡滞,电控系统断路,司控器电蚀性碳阻断路,调节器内部零部件脱落、传动轴齿轮滑扣或剥离等类故障,引起的柴油机非正常性停机或停机后启机困难。并揭示了故障的所在,提出了相应的建议与改进措施。 The control system of diesel locomotive,exists problems of out of control.Diesel speed maneuvering that occurred in the "soaring" non-liter non-drop,locomotive unloading the handle back down,fuel rod catching and electronic control system circuit,Secretary controller electrical erosion of carbon block road to regulate the internal parts off,shaft gears slipping or stripping and other types of failures,caused by the diesel engine shut down or shut down non-normal after the start of machine problems.And reveals the fault lies,put forward appropriate recommendations and improvement measures.
