摘要
新加坡南洋理工学院吸收德国"二元制"教育理念,创立"教学工厂"模式,在总结"教学工厂"教学模式有益经验的基础上,结合我国高职院校的教学实际,提出我国高职教育可从师资队伍培训、实训基地建设、课程体系改革,校企合作等方面借鉴"教学工厂"理念,提高工学结合水平。
With the＂dual system＂,an educational philosophy of German,as its theoretical basis,Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore has created＂teaching factory＂model.After summing up the experience of＂teaching factory＂model and studying the practical teaching of vocational colleges in China,the author suggests that higher vocational education can be improved by paying more attention to the following aspects teaching staff training,training base construction,curriculum reform and school-enterprise cooperation,and so on.
