摘要
本文建立了一种以pH=8.5醋酸-氨溶液作为缓冲溶液,梯度洗脱测定了高含量烟碱制品中烟碱含量的方法。该方法分离效果好、灵敏、准确,可用于烟碱制品的产品质量控制。
In this text,a HPLC method for determination of assay for nicotine in nicotine products is established by gradient elution using pH 8.5 acetum-ammonia solution as the buffer.With a better separation effect,the method is sensitive and accurate,and therefore it can be used for the quality control of nicotine products.
