双护盾全断面掘进机止水新工艺

摘要 针对双盾构TBM掘进预制管片衬砌的止水问题,本研究结合我国的传统工艺提出了用中国水利水电科学研究院研制的新型止水材料GBW嵌缝的止水新工艺。从工程应用的实践看,GBW具有便于施工、止水效果好、造价低等特点。因此,与其他止水方式相比,GBW止水新工艺具有极大的优越性,该技术的成功应用,对于长距离引水隧洞工程的安全运行,意义重大。 So far as the problem from the water sealing of the precast lining segment for double shield TBM is concerned, a new water sealing technology with the new kind of water stopping material GBW seal developed by China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research is put forward herein combined with the relevant conventional technologies. From the aspect of the actual engineering application, the GBW seal is convenient to construction with the merits of better water sealing effect and lower construction cost. Therefore, this new water sealing technology has a huge advantage, if it is compared with other methods of water sealing, and then the successful application of it has a great significance for the safety operation of long-distance water con- veyance tunnel concerned.
