日语专业教学国际化的探索——清华大学日语专业教学改革的案例分析 被引量:13

Research on the Internationalization of Japanese Teaching——A Case Analysis of the Japanese Teaching Reform at Tsinghua University

摘要 在分析日语专业特殊性的基础之上,以清华大学日语专业教学国际化探索的经验和教训为例,分析、思考我国高校日语专业在新的世纪里,如何改变传统的教学思维方式,以培养出符合时代要求、符合市场需求的复合型国际化日语专业人才。其中,教师国际化意识的培养是基础,教学资源的国际化是必要的条件。同时,对生源国际化实践中出现的问题点进行了分析和归纳,提出高校自身要做好接纳世界的准备,以诚相待而不可急于求成。 The paper analyzes and contemplates the ways to change conventional teaching and thinking modes in contemporary Chinese higher education in the subject of Japanese language education, taking into account the experiences and frustrations in the internationalization of Japanese teaching at Tsinghua University to cultivate all-round internationalized Japanese speaking professionals to satisfy the world personnel market. Of all elements, the teachers' consciousness of internationalization is the most essential one, and the internationalization of teaching resources has become indispensable. Meanwhile, following an introduction and analysis of Tsunghua University' s practices of receiving students from all backgrounds, we propose that all universities are supposed to prepare to accept international students, and that integrity among diversified people to one another counts the most. We shouldnever be too anxious to achieve anything beyond our reach.
