摘要
针对自动调度模式无法充分发挥调度人员经验和有效响应制造执行复杂现场的问题,提出了人机协同模式下的手工调度技术。建立了自动调度与手工调度相结合的人机协同模式;通过调度甘特图的分层显示处理,采用设备出勤模式、鼠标拾取、手工调度辅助提示等技术,实现了调度工序块的离散化面向对象处理;总结了手工调度中指定设备加工、在设备内移动以及设备间转换等三种标准化操作,建立了以零件调度工序链表和设备调度工序链表为核心的调度数据结构,分析了手工调度操作中的调度约束处理步骤,采用重调度方法实现了调度约束满足的一致性处理;以工程应用背景,开发了集自动调度和手工调度于一体的人机协同调度软件系统,并通过实例验证了手工调度技术。
Aiming at the problem of the Automatic scheduling,which is not suitable for manufacture in most case because it can't cooperate with the experience of the operator and can't effectively response with the feedback of the industrial spot,the manual scheduling technology under the pattern of human-computer collaborative was proposed.The human-computer collaborative model integrated with the automatic scheduling and manual scheduling is presented.With the combination of multi-layer displaying of Gantt-Chart,the model of machine on duty,mouse selected mechanism and auxiliary function for manual scheduling,the working procedure scheduling block is discrete and object-oriented.Three kinds of standard operating of manually scheduling is defined,which is the scheduling working procedure block to a especial machine,the scheduling block mo^ing inside a machine and between machines.The data structure is illustrated based on the working procedure scheduling chain of part and the machine.By the analysis of the constrains of scheduling,the re-scheduling methodology is constructed.Finally,a human-computer collaborative scheduling software is developed which is based on the object-oriented graphical interface for schedules and automatic scheduling.And the manual scheduling technology is validated by industrial example.
