摘要
通过X射线单晶衍射表征了一种1,10-菲啰啉铒稀土配合物[Er(NO3)3(phen)2],并研究了1,10-菲啰啉及其配合物的抑菌活性.利用紫外光谱、荧光光谱和黏度法研究了配合物与DNA的相互作用.结果表明,配合物以沟槽和部分插入等多种方式与DNA作用.
A rare earth complex[Er（NO3）3（phen）2] was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The antibacterial activities of phen and the complex have been investigated.The interaction between the complex and DNA has been studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurements.All results indicated that the interaction mode of the complex and DNA includes groove binding and partial intercalation.
